We pride ourselves on going above, below and beyond for all of our clients. We will complete a thorough check of every nook and cranny. This includes everything from top to bottom. If we can safely get above or below it, we will! If there is not a safe way to access a roof, we will send our aerial drone up to get the pictures and information we need at no extra cost to you! These pictures and videos, along with many others will be included in your digital report.

FREE Infrared Scan Inspection
Infrared imaging is the reading of heat energy across surfaces. Infrared inspections are done with a thermal camera, which shows surface temperature differences. This allows us to see things that are behind walls and not easily noticed by a visual inspection. This includes moisture problems, developing leaks in the roof, issues with plumbing, rodent or pest infestation, storm damage, areas of missing insulation, proper HVAC output and more!

FREE Moisture Intrusion Inspection
As part of your standard home inspection we will perform an inspection of the following elements of the home to ensure that they remain in good condition: flashings and sealants
vents, expansion joints and more. We will check for any signs of moisture intrusion both visually and with the infrared scan to check any hidden areas behind walls.
FREE Visual Mold Inspection
Along with the Moisture Intrusion Inspection we will also check for humidity or condensation problems, moldy odors, past or present roof leaks, plumbing leaks, or any visible mold observed. During the inspection we will do a complete visual inspection of all accessible areas of the home, locate potential water penetration and other problem conditions, and search for any visible evidence of mold growth throughout the property.
FREE Visual Wood Destroying Organisms (WDO) Inspection
A WDO inspection not only checks for Wood Destroying Insects such as termites or carpenter ants, but will also include wood decaying fungi. We will check to see if there is any signs of current or past infestations or damage to the property.
FREE Aerial Drone Inspection
To truly get the best and most comprehensive reports, we have to be able to put eyes on every part of the property, including the roof. Most of the time our inspectors are able to get on top of the roof but for the trickiest angles and unsafe conditions we have an extra team member to help us out! Our DJ Phantom III Drone can take aerial shots and videos of the home and can easily fly to places that were formerly too unsafe for a person to get to. We will include any aerial shots and videos in your Digital Home Inspection Report for your viewing pleasure!
**While we do our best to take Aerial Drone pictures at every inspection there are circumstances that may prevent it including but not limited to cloud coverage, trees and tree limbs near the home, and FAA Regulations and restrictions in the area.
