Had an HVAC guy come out and look at the unit and he said it was totally shot and if not replaced would have had carbon monoxide in the house in a few months.

We are asking for unit to be replaced – they are to replace both the furnace and air conditioner and we asked for comparable units.

Your drone did an excellent  job. They said they would repair the roof, but know in a few years or sooner it will have to be replaced. ​
